Non-communicable and infectious diseases remain a public health problem in Indonesia. One of the government's efforts to improve public health is through the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). The implementation of PHBS is expected to prevent various diseases, improve the community's quality of life, and support the creation of a healthy environment. Conducting a PHBS survey is one way to obtain an overview of public health conditions and the types of diseases found in a region (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2023). This study aims to determine the distribution of diseases based on the results of the Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) Survey in the Gampong Gla Meunasah Baro community in 2026. The study used a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 280 respondents selected using a total sampling technique. Data were obtained through interviews using a PHBS questionnaire, then analyzed univariately and presented in the form of frequency distributions and percentages (WHO, 2023). This research is expected to provide an overview of the distribution of disease in the Gampong Gla Meunasah Baro community as a basis for developing health promotion and disease prevention programs, as well as increasing the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) in the community.
