Abstract

Discipline is not merely related to compliance with regulations, but also reflects the development of a consistent and professional work culture within schools. In complex educational environments, relying on a single leadership style is often insufficient, making integrated and flexible leadership approaches necessary, including the utilization of digital systems for performance monitoring. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by school principals through transformational, distributive, and managerial leadership approaches to strengthen teacher discipline. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving principals, teachers, and administrative staff. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model supported by triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that teacher discipline can be improved through a combination of exemplary leadership, delegation of responsibilities to senior teachers, restorative coaching, and digital supervision. These approaches encourage greater responsibility, reinforce professional values, and create more positive workplace relationships. Overall, integrative leadership that combines collaboration, humanistic guidance, exemplary behavior, and technology is considered more effective than solely relying on administrative sanctions to improve teacher commitment and educational quality.
